Job Description

Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Manager based in Brazil.

This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity aligned with U.S. business hours. The role will own multi-channel marketing initiatives from strategy through execution and optimization. You will lead campaigns designed to strengthen brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support business growth. The position combines hands-on execution across content, paid media, social media, email, SEO/SEM, and analytics. You will work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to connect marketing activities with broader business objectives. Success in the role requires strong ownership, analytical thinking, organization, and the ability to operate independently. It is an opportunity to help shape and grow a marketing function in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Accountabilities
  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept through performance analysis.
  • Develop marketing strategies focused on brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth.
  • Create and oversee content across digital channels while maintaining consistent brand voice, messaging, and positioning.
  • Manage and optimize social media, email marketing, paid media, and organic search initiatives.
  • Research market trends, competitors, customer behavior, and audience insights to identify opportunities and improve go-to-market strategies.
  • Partner with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities, product launches, and new market opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign and channel performance through marketing analytics and reporting tools, identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate performance data into clear recommendations, priorities, and next steps.
  • Coordinate marketing assets and collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Take ownership of marketing outcomes, proactively identifying underperforming initiatives and implementing improvements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in an equivalent senior marketing position.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage marketing campaigns from strategy and planning through execution and optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of paid media, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
  • Experience with marketing analytics, reporting, and performance measurement tools.
  • Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines independently while working across time zones.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with sales, product, creative, and leadership teams.
  • Spanish proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • Proactive, organized, analytical, and comfortable making decisions in environments where requirements may not always be fully defined.
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset, with a focus on outcomes rather than simply completing assigned tasks.
  • Ability to bring new ideas and contribute to building and expanding marketing capabilities.
Benefits
  • Full-time employment.
  • 100% remote work from Brazil.
  • Working hours aligned with U.S. business hours.
  • Opportunity to work across multiple marketing channels and business functions.
  • High level of autonomy and ownership over marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborative environment involving sales, product, creative, and leadership teams.
  • Opportunity to contribute directly to brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
  • Exposure to an international, cross-functional working environment.
